The Storacall professional services team provided the highest possible standards of installation, support and on-site maintenance services. The 'CareCover' after sales service brand has been developed over the last 40 years to ensure customer driven support and maintenance facilities in the UK and overseas.

Installations are carried out by dedicated team of Storacall engineers, this ensures that the systems are performing to our high specification, once the system has been signed off by the client it will then go ‘live’.

Our team is used to working with people who expect a high degree of network resilience and we recognise that this is achieved through high quality implementation which is delivered in a way that does not impact on the client's business.

Storacall’s field service team operates throughout the UK and the world, controlled via a central service management centre in London, as part of our customer driven approach we also operate a technical support and help desk facility which is available to all our ‘CareCover’ clients.

‘CareCover’ contacts are available in a range of formats including 24/7 cover or can be tailored to meet a clients particular service requirements/operational hours.

A wealth of blue-chip customers will testify to the quality of the procedures and support offered by Storcall.

We offer our clients a choice of direct Service Level Agreements to address your operational requirements:
CareCover Standard
Standard CareCover provides telephone support and 8 hour on site response level from 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding UK Public Holidays.

CareCover Extra
Extra CareCover provides telephone support and 4 hour on site response level from 9.00am - 5.00pm seven days per week excluding UK Public Holidays.

CareCover Super
Super CareCover provides telephone support and 4 hour on site response level twenty four hours a day, seven days per week including UK Public Holidays.
